The womb is far more than a physical organ. Across many traditions, it has been understood as a center of intuition, discernment, creativity, and deep feminine knowing. When we reconnect with this sacred inner space, we begin to trust ourselves more deeply and remember the wisdom that has always lived within us.

For many women, the journey back to the womb is also the journey back to feeling alive, connected, creative, sensual, grounded, and fully expressed.

Heart & Womb Awakening is an immersive day retreat for women devoted to softening the mind, awakening the body, and deepening the connection between the heart and womb.

Through cacao, sound, movement, voice, ritual, and sisterhood, we will create a nurturing space for remembrance, release, and reconnection.

This is an invitation to slow down, listen inward, and remember that the answers we seek are often already within us, waiting to be felt rather than figured out.

Meet Your Hosts

Kheyrne is a mother, Women’s Somatic Embodiment Coach, Holistic Hormone Coach, and Perinatal Coach specializing in trauma-informed Somatic Womb Intelligence. Her work supports women in reconnecting with their bodies, intuition, and feminine wisdom through embodiment, nervous system regulation, and womb-centered practices.

Ylinel is a sound healing practitioner, vocal freedom guide, and women’s circle facilitator devoted to helping women reclaim their authentic expression and reconnect with the wisdom of the womb. Through sound, embodiment, voice, and ritual, she creates transformative spaces where women can remember their voice, awaken their creativity, and deepen their connection to themselves.

Together, Kheyrne and Ylinel weave a nurturing and transformative space where women can reconnect with their bodies, awaken their inner wisdom, and remember the medicine they carry within.
