✨ Voice & Womb Journey - 3-Week Immersion ✨ This 3- week journey is an intimate healing experience designed to reconnect women with the wisdom of their womb and the truth of their voice. Each session builds upon the previous one, weaving embodiment, sound, and emotional release to awaken your authentic expression and creative power. Week 1 : Womb Healing & Ancestral Release Ritual We open sacred space to connect with the womb as our energetic and emotional center. Through breath, guided meditation, energy healing and sound, we release ancestral and personal imprints, inviting softness, safety, and self-trust to return to our body. We connect with the women of our lineage and release what no longer serve us. Week 2 : Sacred Voice Activation &Healing Your Inner Child (or Your Inner Pissed-Off Teen) A gentle and nurturing session to meet the inner child/teen and liberate the natural expression that lives within her. We work with sound & energy healing, breath, tone, and intuitive sound to open the heart and the throat, allowing your voice to be felt, heard, and held. Week 3 : Voice Activation & Embodied Expression A deeper exploration of vocal freedom, reclaiming your voice as a channel of authenticity, creation, and connection. We explore vocal toning, intuitive singing, and sound weaving to embody your liberated voice and integrate the healing of the previous sessions. This 3-week container is a journey of remembrance, of your body, your voice, your story, and your power.
